These sales terms and conditions are established between the company Vita Complex srl on the one hand and by anyone who wishes to make an online purchase through this website, hereinafter referred to as the buyer, on the other.

The purpose of these sales terms and conditions is to define the contract relationship between Vita Complex srl and the buyer, as well as the terms and conditions applicable to each online purchase made via the Vita Complex srl website, whether this purchase is made by a professional or by a private individual.
The purchase of any good or service through this website implies unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these sales terms and conditions.
These sales terms and conditions shall prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly agreed with Vita Complex srl.

The products and services offered are those found in the catalogue published on the Vita Complex srl website.
These products are offered within the limits of available stock.
Each item is accompanied by a description established by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalogue are as faithful as possible, but complete similarity with the product offered cannot be guaranteed.
Prices
Catalogue prices are in euro.
Vita Complex reserves the right to change these prices at any time, however the price displayed on the website on the day the order is placed shall be the price charged to the buyer.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Orders
Any buyer who wishes to purchase a product must necessarily:
fill in the identification form where all the required details should be provided or the customer number should it have one;
confirm the order after checking the shopping cart;
make payment, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Order confirmation implies the buyer’s acceptance of these sales terms and waiving of making its own purchase conditions or other terms and conditions prevail.
All the details provided and the confirmation recorded shall count as proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall count as signature and acceptance of the operation.
Cancellation
The buyer, a non-professional natural person, has a right to a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods to return the products to the seller and obtain a return or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return transport costs.
Payment method
Payment must be made at the time of placing the order or in advance of delivery.
Delivery
All our orders are sent within 24 hours of the date of the order, providing the goods are available in stock (information on stock availability can be found alongside the product).
Delivery times of 2/3 working days from the order date are merely indicative; if delivery times should exceed thirty days of the order date, the contract may be cancelled and the buyer shall be refunded.
Goods travel by courier.
In the event of any breakages of goods during transport, Vita Complex shall only arrange reshipment of the goods if the appropriate RESERVE is made to the courier upon receipt of any damaged package.

Compliance
In the event of non-conformity of any product sold, it may be returned to Vita Complex srl, which will replace or refund it.
Liability

These online sales terms and conditions are subject to San Marino law. In the event of a dispute, the court of San Marino shall have jurisdiction.
